Job Summary

Own the lead gen and growth engine across PPC and SEO for four sites with AI search optimisation at the core.

Growth Engine: Own Google Ads, Meta ads, SEO, and local content to drive inquiries and pipeline.
AI & Content: Align content and pages for traditional and AI search visibility, using GA4 and Search Console data to feed optimization.
Reporting & Optimization: Track ROI, lead quality, conversions, and sell-through, delivering regular growth recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and Local Services.
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
Monitor budgets, lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
Test ad creatives, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies to improve performance.
Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits.
Improve rankings, organic traffic and lead generation performance.
Optimise content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-powered search platforms.
Implement AI Optimisation (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) best practices.
Create, manage and optimise content across four websites.
