Gold Star Gamers is a 501(c)(3) military community–serving nonprofit dedicated to supporting children who have lost a military or veteran parent. Through gaming, mentorship, and community, we help them find hope, healing, and connection. Gold Star Gamers helps them rebuild what was lost—community, confidence, and a sense of belonging.Our programs meet kids where they already feel at home — in the world of gaming. What once connected families across deployments now helps children rebuild trust, self-esteem, and community. Through mentorship, esports camps, tournaments, and shared online spaces, we give them opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. Each experience is designed to foster belonging, creativity, and resilience — helping them heal and rediscover joy through play.We remind them that they are not forgotten — that their dreams, their stories, and their futures still matter. Together, we’re building a community where hope lives on and play becomes a path forward.
