Digital Ecommerce Specialist

Annual salary between $65,000 and $75,000, based on experience. Sprinkler Warehouse, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Specialist to manage and optimize our product catalog across digital channels. This role will focus heavily on setting up new products, enriching existing product data, and ensuring all product pages are accurate, visually compelling, and easy to find. You’ll collaborate closely with content, graphic design, and video teams to deliver high-quality, A+ product experiences that support both merchandising and marketing goals. Responsibilities: Set up and launch all new products, ensuring accuracy across product data, attributes, images, and navigation Enrich and maintain existing product listings with updated content, imagery, attributes, and SEO-friendly enhancements Upload, manage, and update product images and alt images to meet accessibility and best-practice standards Maintain and optimize visual navigation and left-hand navigation to improve product discoverability Attribute products accurately to support filtering, search, and site merchandising functionality Use Excel extensively for product data imports, exports, and bulk updates Partner with marketing to support initiatives that improve product visibility and findability Help optimize product detail pages to improve clarity, consistency, and conversion Collaborate with content, graphic design, and video teams to ensure all products meet A+ content standards Perform regular audits to ensure product data quality, consistency, and attention to detail Qualifications: Relevant degree in marketing, digital media, eCommerce, or a related field Minimum of 1-3years of relevant work experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product data Advanced Excel skills (imports, exports, data manipulation) Some marketing or eCommerce experience preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate across teams Highly proficient with online tools and platforms i.e. content management systems, eCommerce platforms, digital asset management tools, and collaboration software Annual salary between $65,000 and $75,000, based on experience.
