Responsibilities

• Full day-to-day management of our social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Plan, create, edit, and schedule engaging content across all platforms.
• Lead community management - interacting with our audience, encouraging engagement, and maximising opportunities through DMs and comments.
• Assist with simple design tasks, e.g. menu graphics and social assets.
• Identify, manage, and report on influencer partnerships.
• Act as the digital voice of our brands, nurturing our community and ensuring brand consistency.
• Make regular updates to our websites in WordPress - menu changes, page content, and basic on-page SEO.
• Build and send email campaigns, from one-off sends to supporting existing CRM journeys.
• Work alongside the Head of Marketing to help develop and execute content strategies that elevate our digital presence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, analysing competitors and market insights to refine our approach.

Requirements

• A vibrant, outgoing personality with a passion for food, drink, entertainment, and storytelling.
• A digital-first thinker with a history of growing and managing social accounts within hospitality and lifestyle.
• A creative storyteller who knows how to put together compelling video, photo, and written content that stops people scrolling.
• Comfortable picking up new tools and systems - you don't need loads of WordPress/CRM experience on day one, but you're not put off by the idea of learning them.
• A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with commercial objectives.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where creativity and reactivity are key.
• Basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign or Canva - beneficial but not essential.
• Confident in front of the camera and video voiceovers - a plus, but again not essential.
• Ambitious, with the drive to take on broader digital marketing responsibility and develop into a Digital Marketing Manager role over time.
• Driving licence and car preferred but not essential.

Preferred

• Basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign or Canva - beneficial but not essential.
• Confident in front of the camera and video voiceovers - a plus, but again not essential.
