Position Summary: The primary function of a Digital Adoption & Enablement Manager is to further usage and awareness of the Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) integrated digital supply chain and e-commerce platform through expert knowledge and support. This individual will collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to promote all aspects of the digital experience, including identifying new and existing functionality beneficial to both GMS team members and external customers, leading requirement gathering sessions to ensure new functions are designed in a way that will be widely utilized, and to be a liaison between the GMS digital platform and business operations to create additional opportunities through digital transformation. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide expertise on current digital and e-commerce “best practices.” Consult team members to ensure values are incorporated. Collaborate across departments and IT applications to drive optimal productivity; foster an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued. Subject matter expert in GMS digital platform and integrated applications. Provide both technical and timely support to internal and external users. Create rapport with internal and external customers to facilitate sustained utilization and adoption of the digital platform. Drive awareness and buy-in of new digital and e-commerce functionality throughout GMS. Facilitate the development process (AGILE/ Waterfall) to ensure new functionality is on topic and provides end user benefit. Provide technical support to yards as needed (phone, email, helpdesk, etc.). Conduct training, both in person and virtually. Work on special projects as requested. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years experience with ERP or supply chain management systems Overall understanding of the wholesale B2B distribution supply chain Expertise with AGILE or Waterfall methodology Project management experience a plus At least intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Excel Core Competencies: Strive to do the right thing by displaying trust and integrity. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 80% of the time. Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc. Must be able to operate basic office machinery. Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Travel as needed. Required Cognitive Skills: Must be able to problem solve and prioritize tasks. Must be able to manage stress depending on deadlines and ongoing projects. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to receive and analyze information. Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur. Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement and initiative.
