Job Summary

Own the end-to-end demand generation engine across paid, email, and content to drive high-intent pipeline and revenue, building new initiatives, testing fast, and optimizing CAC and conversions with Sales alignment.

  • Growth Ownership: Design and launch multi-channel demand programs, from brief to reporting, focused on measurable pipeline impact.
  • Optimization & Analytics: Track MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, CAC, and use data, experiments, and AI tools to improve performance.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Partner with Sales to ensure revenue linkages and scale go-to-market through new initiatives and efficient nurture journeys.

Job Description

Own the end-to-end demand generation engine across paid, email, and content to drive high-intent pipeline and revenue, building new initiatives, testing fast, and optimizing CAC and conversions with Sales alignment.

  • Designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, email and content channels, specifically to generate high-intent pipeline not just surface-level traffic
  • Owning campaign delivery end-to-end - from briefing and build through to reporting and optimisation
  • Writing compelling, audience-focused copy across emails, ads and landing pages
  • Managing and optimising HubSpot workflows to improve targeting, nurture journeys and lead quality
  • Partnering with Sales to ensure every stage of the funnel is measured, understood and optimised. Enuring marketing activity directly correlates to revenue outcomes
  • Building and launching new demand generation initiatives as we continue to scale
  • Obsessing over your numbers -specifically MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution, conversion rates and CAC, -and understanding what’s working, why, and where to optimise
  • Leveraging AI tools to create internal efficiencies and improve go-to-market activity

Requirements

  • Has independently built and delivered demand generation campaigns with measurable commercial impact
  • Has experience experimenting across multiple channels, both digital and offline
  • Writes well - strong, audience-aware copy is a core part of this role, not an afterthought
  • Understands marketing automation (HubSpot ideally, Salesforce a bonus) and uses data to make decisions
  • Enjoys building things from scratch rather than simply maintaining what already exists
  • Works effectively with Sales and understands the connection between marketing activity and revenue outcomes
  • Is comfortable moving quickly, testing ideas and adapting based on results and learnings

  • Experience using AI tools to optimise demand generation
