Job Summary

Own and drive regional demand programs blending ABM, multi-channel campaigns, and events to build pipeline; partner closely with AEs/SDRs, create social content, and continuously test new channels while tracking what moves opportunities from cold to in-pipeline.

  • Own regional ABM plays and multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid, events
  • Plan and run regional events, roundtables, and partner activities to generate pipeline
  • Report on pipeline influenced by marketing and advocate for next-quarter investments

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Enable sales to create a pipeline. Sit close to the AEs and SDRs in the region.
  • Understand their target accounts, their objections, what’s working in conversations, and what isn’t. Translate that into marketing motions.
  • Run ABM campaigns. Build account-based plays for priority accounts — multi-channel sequences across LinkedIn, email, direct mail, paid, and events. Measure what moves accounts from cold to engaged to in-pipeline.
  • Own regional events. Plan and execute roundtables, dinners, conference presence, customer meetups, and partner events across the UK and EU. From venue and guest list to follow-up sequences and pipeline attribution.
  • Create social media content. Write LinkedIn posts for the regional sales team and leadership. Build a consistent, opinionated content cadence that gets the right people in our ICP to recognize us. Ghost-write, edit, and coach where needed.
  • Experiment fast. Try new channels, new formats, new plays. Kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does.
  • Report on what’s working. Show pipeline sourced and influenced by marketing in the region. Make the case for what to invest in next quarter.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in growth, demand gen, ABM, or field marketing roles
  • Pipeline-obsessed. You think in terms of meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue influenced — not impressions or MQLs
  • Strong writer. You can draft a LinkedIn post, an event invite, and a cold email sequence that sound like a human wrote them
  • Event execution chops. You’ve planned and run at least a handful of in-person events end to end
  • ABM experience. You’ve run multi-channel campaigns against named account lists and know which tools and tactics actually move the needle
  • Sales-fluent. You’re comfortable in a room of AEs, can read a Salesforce dashboard, and understand the difference between a SQL and a stage-2 opp
  • Bias to action. You’d rather ship something rough this week than something polished next month
  • Based in London and able to work from our office

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to enterprise buyers (not SMB-only motions)
  • Worked at a company scaling from ~$10M to $100M ARR
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense/Demandbase, Apollo,HubSpot, Salesforce
  • A point of view on how AI is changing outbound and content creation
