Own the governance and delivery of complex client programs, from upfront scoping through risk-aware execution and AI-enabled optimization to accelerate outcomes.
- Responsibilities: Support the Client Leads and client service teams in the comprehensive upfront triage and rigorous definition of projects from the outset.
- Responsibilities: Contribute to the definition of robust guardrails and ways of working on all projects, based on agency guidelines.
