Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Specialist. The Data Specialist will be responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations and decision-making. Key tasks include organizing databases, ensuring data accuracy, creating reports, and applying data analytics to identify trends and insights. Collaboration with other teams to understand data requirements and contribute to process improvement is also expected. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to interpret complex data sets Experience in Data Management and maintaining data integrity Knowledge of Data Modeling and related methodologies Proficient in relevant tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
