Data and Analytics Engineer (PySpark ETL, QuickSight Reporting, AWS Environment) - Hybrid Role (Manhattan, 6 month contract to hire, from $70.13-$86.48/hr W2) - Financial Services Client *** No third party, referral, or C2C candidates can be considered, direct applicants only! *** Out financial client; payment processing and banking, in Manhattan is looking to a hire a Data and Analytics Engineer with a strong mix of the following: Building ETL (Pyspark, Glue, Flink, Databricks or SnapLogic) pipelines from scratch from various sources (Jira, financial systems, etc.) into an AWS data lakehouse. Including setting schema, data validation, cleaning, modelling, etc. for extract to QuickSight reporting Hands-on experience building custom QuickSight reports and dashboards Executive presentation and communication up to the C-level (white collar, white glove, think execs at fortune 10 banks), including grooming backlog to prioritize reporting requests and educating end users on new QuickSight dashboards and how to navigate, etc. This is a contract to hire role, 6 months to start with expected extensions if not fulltime conversion after the initial contract period. Pays from $70.13-$86.48/hr W2, offering health/vision/dental, paid sick time and 401k benefits during contract among others.
