Job Summary

  • Growth Programme Ownership: drive four workstreams from cross-sell and engagement comms to capability requirements and customer-focused delivery.
  • Steering and Budget: chair the programme, report risks and decisions to AXA UK leadership, and manage the budget plus business-case development.

Job Description

Own and accelerate AXA UK's cross-sell growth across multiple lines, aligning with group objectives while delivering measurable customer value.

  • Responsibilities: Growth Programme Ownership - lead four workstreams including cross-sell and engagement communications, partner with stakeholders on technology capability requirements, prove commercial value, and embed customer focus.
  • Steer and reporting - chair programme steering, provide progress, risks and decisions to AXA UK leadership, and secure alignment across units.
  • Budget and team - own the programme budget, build the business case for future investments, and mentor the core team to maintain a high-performing, delivery-focused culture.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience developing cross-sell programmes across multiple lines with diverse stakeholders in a financial services setting.
  • Experience implementing a customer strategy aligned to business goals in a complex, matrix organisation.
  • Proven track record leading large scale transformation programmes in data, marketing, or customer strategy contexts, with capability roadmaps including martech and privacy considerations.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and ability to defend multi-million pound business cases.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom and available for a fixed-term contract ending 31 December 2026.
