Job Summary

Own end-to-end CRM oversight and integrated marketing support, driving lead assignment, data integrity, and campaign execution.

Lead allocation and CRM governance
Training, data quality, and reporting across marketing and sales initiatives
Support for campaigns, materials, and events with cross-functional collaboration

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assign leads from various sources to sales reps using Oracle.
Ensures CRM data accuracy and completeness.
Implements and maintains CRM best practices.
Provides training and support to other team members on CRM usage
Monitor the performance of leads and propose lead generation optimizations.
Develop and designs impactful presentations for internal and external audiences.
Support the development of marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, flyers, videos, and graphics.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Supports marketing events and trade shows
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, custom objects and fields, reports, dashboards, workflows/processes, and day-to-day CRM tasks.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and Power Point
CRM or Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management tools)
Mapping Software
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments
Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
