Stay ahead with bleeding-edge tools while managing policy, compliance, and account health.

Job Description

Own the entire AI UGC pipeline: hooks, scripts, avatar/voice generation, editing, captions, publishing
Ship volume. Dozens of variants a week, not one polished hero asset a month
Run creative testing loops: read hook rates, hold rates, CPMs — kill losers fast, scale winners faster
Stay on the bleeding edge of the tooling (Arcads, Veo, HeyGen, Captions, Higgsfield, whatever launched last Tuesday) and constantly rebuild the pipeline as better tools ship

Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end AI UGC pipeline (concept to publishing)
Experience with multiple AI tools and adapting to new ones
Comfortable with data-driven metrics (hook rate, 3-second hold, CPM, CPA)
Self-directed with budget and direct line to leadership

Bonus points: you're into fitness, lifting, Hyrox, or the supplement/longevity world. You’ll be making content about it all day.
