Job Summary

Own and scale performance creative for a US-focused DTC brand by generating concepts, briefing and signing off assets, briefing US-based UGC creators, and building a proactive Q4 pipeline while leveraging data, research and AI-driven concepting.

  • Own end-to-end creative lifecycle for high-spend campaigns
  • Leverage data and external research to iterate and scale winning ads

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • What you'll work on Generating new creative concepts across our product range, and turning performance data into clear, actionable insight on how to best iterate and scale winning ads.
  • Writing sharp, insight-led copy and briefs for our creative team, then feeding back and signing off on final assets.
  • Sourcing and briefing US-based UGC creators — concepts, scripts, and shot lists built to maximise what we can pull from each shoot, working with our video editor to cut every delivery into as many usable assets as possible
  • Building and owning the Q4 creative pipeline against our trading calendar, so nobody is ever sitting waiting for assets during peak, and ensuring we maintain enough volume and variety in flight on our highest-spend campaigns to beat ad fatigue.
  • Bringing the outside in: customer research, competitor creative, US category shifts, what is working for other DTC brands before it is obvious.
  • What we're looking for Experience managing performance creative in a DTC or e-commerce business — you have strong visual taste paired with the ability to articulate why something worked and how you iterated from there. Not just a showreel of ads.
  • Demonstrable US market experience . You know the nuances of American audiences and how to properly regionalise creative for them, not just Americanise the spelling on UK assets. You will be writing UGC scripts, voiceover, and short-form copy directly, and messaging that doesn’t resonate with this audience costs sales.
  • Deep fluency in Meta as a creative platform, and comfortable living in the performance data yourself rather than waiting to be told what it means.
  • You've sourced and briefed UGC creators, and know the difference between content that's lovely and content that sells.
  • Self-sufficient, fast, and able to give clear creative feedback. Three days a week through Q4 means hitting the ground running with minimal oversight, and a vague brief/feedback could cost a week in creative development.

  • The US is our biggest market. Most of our revenue comes from American customers, and so we need someone whose instincts are already calibrated there. That means knowing which occasions US audiences buy gifts for, how they talk about them, what their tastes are, how to spark their interest, what objection-handling angles to employ, and which micro-influencers/UGC creators are worth working with.
  • Genuinely interested in AI tools for concepting, iteration and analysis — you know the systems reshaping creative work, their limits and move fast because of them, not despite them.
  • The details Three days per week, September to December, with potential to extend
  • Existing relationships in the US creator landscape that you can call on directly.
