Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, and on our Get Golfing app
• Work with venue managers to build campaign calendars and support local marketing initiatives
• Use data and analytics to monitor performance and refine strategies
• Coordinate content production for web, social, email, our app and other channel
• Design and produce a wide range of visual assets for digital and print marketing using Canva or other design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
• Develop creative templates for social media, email headers, and our websites to ensure a streamlined and professional aesthetic
• Create and format physical marketing materials, including posters, brochures, and onsite signage/POS
• Adapt and resize existing creative assets to fit various platform specifications while maintaining visual integrity
• Manage internal and external creative resources including photography, video, and design
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms including onsite POS

Requirements

• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics (HubSpot experience preferred)
• Proven experience in digital marketing (email, social media, SEO, AEO & content marketing)
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the golf, leisure, hospitality, or charity sectors is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
