Job Summary

Lead Maximus\' creative vision and operations to scale a premium, science-driven performance medicine brand, balancing breakthrough brand systems with high-velocity content production and cross-functional collaboration.

Brand system ownership: define and scale visual identity and brand standards across channels to reflect Maximus at the science-technology-human potential intersection.
Creative operations velocity: build an asset-generation engine, implement workflows, and measure impact with KPIs to raise output quality and speed.

Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy - Define and evolve Maximus's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring our brand reflects our position at the intersection of science, technology, and human potential
Brand Leadership & Strategy - Develop and maintain comprehensive brand standards that scale across digital, physical, and emerging platforms
Brand Leadership & Strategy - Create and continuously refine our brand book, establishing it as the north star for all creative expression
Brand Leadership & Strategy - Partner with executive leadership to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies
Creative Operations & Velocity - Build and optimize a high-velocity creative asset generation engine capable of producing premium content at scale
Creative Operations & Velocity - Implement systems and workflows that balance creative excellence with the demands of a fast-growing performance medicine company
Creative Operations & Velocity - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure creative impact and continuously improve output quality and efficiency
Creative Operations & Velocity - Drive adoption of emerging creative technologies and AI tools to accelerate production without compromising quality
Team Building & Management - Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class creative team including designers, copywriters, motion designers, and production specialists
Team Building & Management - Foster a culture of creative excellence, experimentation, and accountability

Requirements

8+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 3 years building and managing creative teams
Proven track record of building brands in health, wellness, technology, or premium consumer sectors
Deep expertise in brand development, visual systems, and multi-channel creative execution
Experience building high-performance creative operations that balance quality with velocity
Portfolio demonstrating breakthrough creative work that drives measurable business results
Strong understanding of digital-first creative and emerging platforms
Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to and influence C-level stakeholders
Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (MFA or advanced degree preferred)
