Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (web, email, social, paid media, SEM).

Experience on podcast platforms, e.g., Riverside, Podbean.
Coordinate creative materials for events, sponsorships, and industry outreach (e.g., Money20/20, podcast promotions).
Manage vendor or agency relationships when needed for specialized projects.
Oversee and maintain public websites to ensure they remain accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with brand voice.
Robust experience managing websites on WordPress.
Partner with development and compliance teams to implement design and content updates.

Requirements

Exceptional writing and storytelling ability; proven record of turning technical topics into engaging content.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and content platforms (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, LinkedIn publishing tools).
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and tactically—seeing creative ideas through to final execution.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Adobe Analytics).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress

Preferred

5+ years of experience in creative or digital marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
Demonstrated success producing or managing content across multiple formats (written, audio, visual).
Experience supporting executive or brand-level campaigns.
Experience managing podcasts or multimedia production preferred (e.g., Riverside, Podbean).
