Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media and marketing content.
  • Help grow and engage the academy’s online presence and attract new families.
  • Bring knowledge and experience of the performing arts industry.
  • Provide class cover and tutor support when required.
  • Help organise workshops, performances, showcases and academy events.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional opportunities.
  • Generate new ideas for classes, events, partnerships and academy development.
  • Support and organise creative fundraising activities.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents and the wider academy community.
  • Support the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the academy.
