TITLE: Corporate Provider Growth Manager LOCATION: Remote, Candidate can be based anywhere in the U.S. STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt REPORTING TO: Director of Corporate Accounts Company Overview: Alphaeon is a leading patient financing company serving dental, vision, aesthetics, hearing, and medical specialty practices nationwide. We help practices expand access to care, increase approvals, and elevate the patient's financial experience. OVERVIEW: This role is responsible for driving sales growth within Alphaeon’s Corporate Accounts business. Industries include Cosmetic, Vision, Audiology, and Veterinary. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient financing sales, exceptional sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive results-driven attitude. SALARY: $80k base + $30k Annual Target Bonus Potential ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Identify and execute turnaround and growth strategies for underperforming and highest potential accounts Lead regional level relationships for all corporate accounts, and manage both corporate and regional level relationships for lower-volume, mid-sized corporate accounts. Onboard new account enrollments to drive utilization Implement corporate and regional initiatives to drive sales growth and strategic alignment Execute strategic follow-up with high levels of sales engagement Prepare for, join, and actively participate in corporate-level calls, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for sales growth and optimization Leverage account-specific insights and strategies to drive effective outreach Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including Marketing, Business Development, and Tech—on sales-related initiatives MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years sales experience required Experience with Google Suite, Excel, and Salesforce PREFERRED: Patient financing and/or healthcare experience Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Demonstrated strong sales and negotiation skills Exceptional work ethic with a high level of professionalism Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities effectively Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals Direct, confident, and effective communication skills Hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of initiatives Proven ability to hold individuals and groups accountable to performance expectations Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Financial Services
