Corporate Communications Officer

Responsibilities

• The main purpose of the Corporate Communications Officer role is to develop and deliver communications activity for West Mercia Police to inform, influence and engage its communities, stakeholders and workforce.
• This is achieved through the delivery of targeted communications using channels that are appropriate to our audiences and the provision of specialist communications advice and support.
• These communications should be outcome focused and build the public’s trust and confidence in West Mercia Police.

Requirements

• Applicants must have resided in the UK for a continuous period of at least 3 years immediately prior to submitting their application. This is to ensure a checkable history that satisfies the Recruitment Vetting (RV) standards required for this role
