Own and drive the PR and corporate communications function, defining strategic planning, budget management, media relations, and spokesperson readiness while leading reputation management and executive advisory workstreams.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Marketing PR responsibilities include:
- Leading the strategic planning for PR, identifying and delivering initiatives as part of the annual PR plan.
- Managing the overall PR budget, ensuring strong ROI and effectiveness by setting clear objectives and KPIs.
- Working with our PR agency to build and maintain strong media relationships that secure high-quality, proactive coverage across national, trade, and international outlets
- Preparing key spokespeople for media engagements, with the potential to also be a spokesperson.
- Tracking performance against KPIs.
- Corporate Communications responsibilities include:
- Working with the Executive Team and Director of HR to develop and deploy our Corporate Communications plan.
- Collaborating with Internal Communications and People teams to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging
- Acting as a senior communications advisor to the executive team, supporting with corporate announcements.
Requirements
- Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline
- Desirable: CIPR membership
- Significant experience in PR, corporate communications, or reputation management
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact media coverage and corporate campaigns
- Strong experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Media Training
Preferred
- Experience in HVAC industry
- Experience in regulated or high-profile environments
- Desirable: CIPR membership
