Own social presence and on-water media to convert luxury club interest into tours and memberships, while building a network of high-end partners and influencers.

Responsibilities: Social content creation, on-water media capture, and video-driven Reels/TikToks tied to the club lifestyle.
Partnerships and outreach: Collaborate with luxury agents, brokers, local businesses, and events to drive lead flow and tour opportunities.
Member funnel support: Lead follow up, tour scheduling, and back-end support to convert interest into memberships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and manage social media content
Capture photo and video content on the water
Produce Instagram Reels, TikToks, and lifestyle content
Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
Assist with PR and media outreach
Develop relationships with luxury real estate agents and brokerages
Connect with local businesses, country clubs, HOAs, and hospitality groups
Attend networking and community events
Create partnerships that introduce new members to the club
Engage prospective members
Schedule club tours and boat experiences
Follow up with leads
Support membership sales efforts
