Cross-Channel Ownership: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn growth and content rhythm
Email Campaigns: Prospect, student, and alumni outreach with clear copy
Content & Analytics: Calendar planning with on-site media capture and performance reporting

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow P6's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Design and send outbound email campaigns to prospects, students, and alumni
Develop a consistent content calendar highlighting our aircraft, instructors, and events
Monitor analytics and report on performance
Collaborate on promotions, discovery flight offers, and seasonal campaigns
Capture or coordinate photo and video content on-site

Requirements

Genuine interest in aviation or aerospace
Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Comfort writing clear, engaging copy
Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic design platforms
Self-starter who can manage deadlines independently
All experience levels welcome
Part-time, hourly — flexible hours
Hybrid: some in-person time at our Fairfield and Morristown facilities each week
Work closely with P6 leadership
