Job Summary

Own the European marketing engine, shaping campaigns, content, and brand while aligning with regional priorities and cross-functional partners.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build attribution, budget governance, and reporting for Europe.
  • Content & Channel Ownership: Create and adapt brochures, social content, and website materials with a customer-centric lens.
  • Market & Brand Strategy: Monitor trends, competitive moves, and brand perception to inform campaigns and messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute European marketing plans in alignment with the company’s European marketing strategy.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the local marketing teams to adapt campaigns and content for the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Develop and manage marketing content such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, social media posts, and website materials.
  • Work with designers, writers, and external agencies to produce high-quality and engaging content from a customer centric approach.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including websites, social media accounts, and online advertising.
  • Optimize digital campaigns for SEO and monitor performance metrics to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Analyse web traffic, social media engagement, and other KPIs to refine digital strategies.

Requirements

  • Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign development, and content creation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear and compelling messages.
  • Digital Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing and communication strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data to measure campaign performance and inform future decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to tailor messaging to meet their needs.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing or communication roles, preferably within a multinational or regional context.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
