The Role We’re looking for a part-time Content Production Intern to support our content team with pre-production logistics and on-site help during shoots. This is an “extra set of hands” role for someone who’s optimistic, proactive, and enjoyable to be around—the kind of person who makes a busy day feel easier. You’ll help keep shoots organized, make sure we’re set up for success, and occasionally assist with light content tasks. What You’ll Do Pre-Production / Logistics Help plan and organize shoot days (schedules, shot lists, props, product setup, gear checklists) Coordinate small but important details that keep production moving smoothly Help prep locations and set areas so the team can create efficiently On-Site Production Support Assist on shoot days with setup, breakdown, and general production errands Keep the set organized, stocked, and running smoothly Be the go-to helper for quick fixes and “we need this now” moments Light Content Involvement (as needed) Help capture behind-the-scenes moments (phone content) Support basic content organization (file naming, transferring footage, notes) Who You Are Positive energy: upbeat, optimistic, and genuinely enjoyable to work with Reliable: shows up on time, follows through, and stays engaged Resourceful: you find solutions without needing constant direction Interested in golf: you don’t need to be a scratch golfer, but you like the sport and want to learn more Comfortable being hands-on: you’re happy to carry gear, run errands, and support the team however needed What You’ll Gain Real-world experience supporting a fast-moving content team Exposure to production workflows, brand building, and creative operations A front-row seat to one of the most exciting companies in the golf space The opportunity to grow into a larger role if it’s a fit Requirements Able to be on-site in Irvine, CA Part-time availability (weekdays preferred; shoot days may vary) Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Seniority level Internship Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries Technology, Information and Media
