Responsibilities

• - Build batches of Instagram Reels inside Canva using our documented production process
• - Format provided hooks into polished graphics using established brand templates
• - Select the best supporting footage from existing content libraries
• - Assemble finished reels that are ready for publishing
• - Maintain consistency across multiple brands while following documented design standards
• - Schedule and publish content across social media accounts
• - Organize creative assets and keep production workflows running smoothly
• - Help improve efficiency by identifying repetitive tasks that could be streamlined
• - Over time, begin incorporating AI-generated copy into your production workflow as our internal tools evolve

Requirements

• - Love checklists, systems, and repeatable workflows
• - Enjoy detailed, focused work and take pride in getting the small things right
• - Can follow brand guidelines precisely without needing constant direction
• - Have experience using Canva comfortably
• - Are organized enough to manage dozens of pieces of content simultaneously
• - Notice small inconsistencies that others miss
• - Work well independently in an asynchronous remote environment
• - Are dependable and consistent—not just when work is exciting, but especially when it’s repetitive

Preferred

• - Experience scheduling content for Instagram
• - Familiarity with CapCut
• - Basic understanding of social media analytics
• - Curiosity about why certain content performs better than others
• - Experience working with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
