Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content lifecycle for multiple client accounts, from discovery and interviews to writing, design, and publishing, while coordinating with internal teams and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities

Write high-quality blogs, website copy, email newsletters, case studies, and other long-form marketing content.
Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for assigned clients.
Design branded social media graphics and marketing assets using Canva.
Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels.
Attend client meetings and communicate professionally through email, phone, and video calls.
Independently manage assigned client accounts, balancing multiple priorities while proactively communicating timelines and project updates.
Collaborate with internal team members to execute content strategies and marketing campaigns.
Conduct interviews with clients and subject matter experts to develop authentic, compelling content.
Capture photo and video content during occasional on-site client visits and content days throughout Maryland using an iPhone or similar mobile device.

Requirements

3–5 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 years in an agency environment preferred.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt to different client voices, ideally with experience in professional/financial services and/or healthcare.
Experience writing both long-form and short-form marketing content.
Strong understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and social media best practices.
Experience creating branded graphics in Canva.
Experience managing and publishing content across multiple social media platforms.
Comfortable presenting ideas and communicating directly with clients.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
