Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Support the Account Director with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
  • Help coordinate and schedule client projects, campaigns, meetings and agreed actions.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, project updates and status reports.
  • Maintain clear communication with colleagues, suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the expected standard.
  • Identify outstanding actions, potential issues and opportunities for additional client support.
  • Content Creation: Research and write content for websites, landing pages, articles, case studies, email campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Help schedule creative diaries for designers and organise workflow.
  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Provide support for content plans and editorial calendars.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English, with strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
  • Experience creating content for websites, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • The ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team.
  • A practical understanding of marketing, branding, digital communications and social media.
  • Experience using content management systems, social scheduling platforms and project management tools would be beneficial.
  • Agency or client account management experience would be advantageous.

  • A degree in marketing, communications, PR or a similar discipline is ideal but not essential.
