Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals
Define and maintain a consistent, elevated brand voice across all channels
Lead the editorial calendar across website, blog, email, and social platforms
Work closely with the President to develop a content schedule
Oversee the creation of high-quality travel articles, destination guides, and inspirational storytelling
Write and edit long-form and short-form content as needed
Ensure all content reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and editorial standards
Collaborate with travel advisors and partners to source unique stories and insider perspectives
Direct content production for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Optimize engagement, growth, and storytelling formats

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in content, editorial, or digital media roles
Proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics
Experience managing editorial teams and freelance contributors
Deep familiarity with social media platforms and content trends
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
