Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting
• - Brief content ideas to our team of ambassadors and Tricia, editing their output to produce engaging short-form video and static content for organic channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• - Devise and brief eye-catching visual assets and copy for paid digital ads (Meta, YouTube, Display), collaborating with our performance marketing team to optimize creative performance.
• - Recruit and manage appropriate Affiliates to promote products and drive User Generated Content
• - Ensure all content maintains Look Fabulous Forever’s tone of voice—empowering, inclusive, warm, and clear.
• Community Management & Growth
• - Daily management and moderation of Tricia’s Super Troopers Facebook Community (10,000+ members), nurturing a safe, supportive, and active space for older women.
• - Create a dedicated engagement calendar with regular prompts, live streams, Q&As, and interactive content to keep community members excited and active.
• - Actively monitor social channels, responding to comments and direct messages with empathy and brand authority.
• Brand Partnerships & Competitions

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management (ideal 2nd or 3rd career role).
• Industry Background: Previous experience working within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector is highly desirable.
• An excellent portfolio of previously recorded videos and have good editing skills to bring to life in adverts
• Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Ometria).
• Content Skills: Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetic;
• Video: a strong portfolio of previous work demonstrating good knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and mobile videography skills
• Community First: Genuine empathy, warmth, and understanding of our target audience (women aged 50+).
• Organisation: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage external partner relationships and multi-channel content schedules simultaneously.
• Location: Based in or near London with the capability to travel to our office near Clapham Junction 1–2 days per week.
