Responsibilities

• Film six short form videos every single day, on camera, as the face of PerfumeShark
• Hand raw footage to our editor cleanly and on time so nothing bottlenecks
• Bring the ideas. Hooks, angles, formats, trends. We want your brain, not just your face
• Stay glued to what is performing across TikTok, Reels and Shorts and react quickly
• Find interesting locations, props and setups, and make them happen proactively
• Stay organised enough that six videos a day is a rhythm, not a scramble

Requirements

• You have created content for other brands, specifically ecommerce brands. This is a must, not a nice to have. Hobby content and personal accounts are not what we are looking for. We want someone who has done this professionally for a brand that sells online
• A strong understanding of social media management alongside genuine, high level experience in actually making content
• Comfortable and magnetic on camera. People actually watch you
• You understand advertising and social. You know why a video performs, not just that it did
• Proactive to a fault. You do not wait to be told where or what to film
• A genuine ideas person who turns up with angles, not excuses
• Reliable. Six a day, every day, means consistency is the entire job

Preferred

• Experience with live shopping. It is less mainstream, so we treat it as a genuine plus rather than a requirement
