Job Summary

Own end-to-end social video content from filming through editing to distribution, while driving lead generation and shaping future content strategy across key social channels.

Content creation and distribution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Interview trainees, customers and installers to create authentic before-and-after stories
Edit short-form video for social, ads, and campaigns and monitor performance to refine strategy

Job Description

Responsibilities

Filming and photographing training courses
Capturing customer projects and transformations
Producing reels, shorts and TikTok-style content
Managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts
Creating engaging before-and-after content
Editing videos for social media and advertising campaigns
Planning and scheduling content
Working alongside our marketing team to generate leads and enquiries
Creating educational, entertaining and promotional content
Interviewing trainees, customers and installers

Requirements

Experience filming and editing short-form video content
Strong photography and videography skills
Excellent understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Confidence using video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar
Ability to identify engaging content opportunities
Good copywriting skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence
