Tell the Unvault story in a way that shifts how people think about the gold they already own — making the $1T asset class narrative land for a mainstream audience.
Build and grow our presence across social, email, SEO, and community channels; find where our audience is and show up with the right message.
Create content that builds trust and drives action — customer stories, gold market education, product launches, valuation insights, and brand storytelling.
Run scrappy acquisition experiments across paid, organic, and referral; kill what doesn't work and scale what does.
Manage lifecycle email to move people from first valuation to active portfolio to eventual sale — a multi-touch, trust-heavy journey.
Track performance metrics and translate data into clear learnings and prioritized next steps.
Use AI tools to move faster — content production, audience research, creative iteration, workflow automation.

Requirements

0–2 years in marketing, content, growth, or communications — internships and side projects count.
Strong writer with a clear, trustworthy voice; you know how to educate and build confidence in a skeptical audience.
Bias toward action — ship, learn, improve; you don't wait for perfect.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you can set your own direction and make real progress without hand-holding.
Data-oriented — you check whether what you're doing is actually working and adjust accordingly.
