Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor communication plans for each social media channel in line with the overall marketing strategy
- Create creative, platform‑appropriate content for different projects, campaigns and activities
- Manage day‑to‑day community interactions listening, responding and redirecting conversations to relevant internal stakeholders when needed
- Help grow and nurture our online community, driving engagement and loyalty
- Be the voice of the brand across social media
- Collaborate with local and LATAM marketing and product teams, gaining exposure to regional projects and campaigns
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role; agency background is a plus
- Experience in content planning and social media management (organic and paid is a plus)
- Experience with reporting, metrics, and competitive analysis across digital channels
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- English level B2 or above
- Proactive, adaptable, and open to change, with a strong interest in emerging social media trends
- Passion for sports, especially football
Preferred
- Experience with paid social campaigns
- Agency background is a plus
