We are seeking an experienced and passionate Contact Center Supervisor to join our prestigious luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing teams of 10-15 direct reports in a Product Support environment. This role is responsible for driving team excellence through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Include Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10-15 Product Support Specialists, fostering a culture of outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and achievement of performance targets. Deliver coaching and training to support team development and maximize productivity. Manage escalated customer issues and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolutions in line with our luxury brand values. Monitor and evaluate team member performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and elevate the overall customer experience.
