Concierge - Independent and Assisted Living Community

The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature. Please apply in person Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm at Springhouse Village, 3877 E Farm Road 132, Springfield MO 65802 Responsibilities Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required. Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient. Greets residents and visitors. Answers inquiries and gives directions. Collates brochures for the marketing department. Sets up breakfast for Independent Living residents daily. Assists with Independent Living supper meal weekly. Updates the Independent Living Resident Phone List and Roster. Maintains Resident Sign-Out Logs as necessary. Sets up and maintains Independent Living calendar and provides activities for Independent Living Residents. Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized. Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators. Assists administrative staff with assignments as directed Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
