Community Manager – The Canopy at 2200 | Memphis, TN Full-Time | On-Site Salary: $72,000–$75,000 + Quarterly NOI Bonus Are you a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced multifamily environment? We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at The Canopy at 2200, a well-positioned apartment community in Memphis. About The Canopy At 2200 The Canopy at 2200 is a residential apartment community in Memphis, TN offering a strong foundation, opportunity for continued performance growth, and a supportive ownership team. Ideal for a Community Manager who enjoys driving occupancy, managing renovations or lease-ups, and building a high-performing onsite culture. What You’ll Do Oversee all day-to-day community operations Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members Drive leasing performance and occupancy goals Manage rent collections, delinquency, and revenue optimization Coordinate maintenance operations and capital improvements Maintain financial performance, budgeting, and expense control Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policy adherence Deliver an exceptional resident experience What We’re Looking For 3+ years of multifamily experience 2+ years in a Community Manager or Property Manager role Lease-up and/or renovation experience strongly preferred Strong financial acumen (budgeting, NOI, variance reporting) Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Working knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily compliance Compensation & Benefits Quarterly NOI bonus potential Annual performance raises Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Generous PTO + paid holidays Career growth opportunities within a stable, expanding company If you’re ready to take ownership of a community and lead it to the next level, we’d love to connect.
