Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Develop content from podcast episodes, including video clips and promotional assets
Assist with light podcast production (clip selection, formatting, publishing support)
Repurpose content across platforms, including social media and newsletter support
Contribute creative ideas to increase visibility and engagement
Manage and support social media engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interaction
Draft and organize the weekly Navelle Edit newsletter
Write captions and support content scheduling
Gather audience insights and feedback to inform content and product decisions
Help maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across platforms

Requirements

Interest in content creation, marketing, media, or digital health
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Passion for supporting women and underserved communities
