Direction Home of Eastern Ohio is a private, non-profit organization that helps older adults and people with disabilities maintain their health, happiness and independence in the place they want to call ‘home.’We provide services to those in Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana Counties.We offer long-term services and support to Medicaid recipients and qualifying individuals of all ages.
