The Job Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is recruiting for an Assistant Hospital Administrator for Nursing Services who will ensure the quality of nursing services delivered in all inpatient areas of the medical center. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Experience: Four years of professional nursing experience of which two years have been in nursing management as a full-scope supervisor over professional nursing staff. Desired Qualifications A Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is highly desired. Include the number of staff supervised, the specific duties you were responsible for (hiring, firing, work performance evaluations, training, assigning and reviewing work, etc.). 03 Please describe your experience in the developing, monitoring or managing of a unit or department budget. Include any experience using computerized budget systems, reviewing revenue from third party payors, reviewing expenditures, and forecasting for personnel. 04 Please describe your experience interpreting, analyzing and developing policies, procedures, protocols and standards of care to ensure compliance mandated by regulatory agencies.
