Gather and share feedback to improve resident and family experience
Support and respond to online reviews professionally and timely
Manage social media content, including resident highlights, staff spotlights, activities, and community events
Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and special projects
Participate in community outreach one day per week alongside the marketing team
Help strengthen the facility's presence both online and within the local community

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, and community members
Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
Strong communication skills
Comfortable asking for feedback, testimonials, and online reviews
Reliable transportation for community outreach activities
No healthcare or marketing experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate

Preferred

Interest in healthcare, marketing, customer service, or community relations preferred
