Try Career AgentWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Administrator to support the daily operations of a residential community in Northern New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in property or community management support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrative contact for residents and board members Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries Assist with vendor coordination and work order tracking Maintain accurate records, files, and community documentation Support budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial reporting Ensure compliance with governing documents and policies Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience (property management experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Compensation & Benefits Salary: $50,000 per year
