Job Overview This role is based in the greater Philadelphia area and requires regular on-site presence at our Wayne, Pennsylvania office, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities Support and manage the daily execution of internal communications across TE’s communication channels, including intranet, mobile app, digital signage, email, town halls, events, and more Review, edit, and publish internal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with TE standards Develop and train our network of global communicators in the best practices of using our communications channels to engage with employees Proactively identify trends, risks, challenges and opportunities to improve communication, and support change communication efforts Build relationships across the organization and serve as a go-to communications expert for various leaders and teams Analyze engagement metrics and apply insights to improve communications effectiveness Simultaneously support multiple projects with various stakeholders and partners across the enterprise Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience working in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing, or a related field Ability to be a focused, quick learner with an interest in communications, storytelling and improving the employee experience A problem solver with a sharp, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset who isn’t afraid to ask questions or navigate uncertain situations Excellent verbal & written communication skills with high attention to detail A natural ability to collaborate well with others and the strength to coordinate activities with colleagues across different teams and across the globe in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently with limited direction, and follow through on commitments in a dynamic environment Comfort collaborating asynchronously with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to shape communication plans and campaigns Demonstrated ability to leverage large language models for human-in-the-loop content creation and brainstorming Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite (photo and video editing skills preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork About Te Connectivity TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience:$57,600-71,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
