About the Role: As a Communications Review Specialist within our Supervision team, you’ll be responsible for reviewing emails and other business-related communications to ensure alignment with firm policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Review electronic communications (email, messages, and more) for compliance with internal policies Work closely with internal departments to address escalations or required changes Maintain accurate records and follow established review procedures Provide timely feedback and collaborate with team members to promote best practices Qualifications: FINRA Series 7 and 99 OR 5+ years of relevant industry experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability Preferred Skills: Previous experience in communications review or supervisory/compliance roles is a plus Equal Opportunity Statement: &Partners is an equal opportunity employer
