Overview FWI is building a team to provide strategic communications and metrics support to the National Science Foundation's Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (OLPA). As the Metrics Analyst, you will evaluate the effectiveness of NSF's communications, outreach, and engagement efforts by collecting and analyzing data from digital platforms and media monitoring tools, developing dashboards and reports for leadership, and translating complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy and enhance engagement across diverse stakeholder audiences. Some telework may be available. Responsibilities Collect and analyze data from digital platforms, media monitoring tools, and stakeholder engagement activities Develop dashboards and reports for leadership Translate complex data into actionable insights Support the design and execution of audience-centered communication strategies with metrics and impact analysis Incorporate audience feedback, performance metrics, and best practices to refine messaging and improve engagement Collaborate with communications staff to ensure metrics inform strategy and enhance engagement across diverse stakeholder audiences Qualifications Required: Experience collecting and analyzing data from digital platforms and media monitoring tools Experience developing dashboards and reports for senior leadership Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methodologies Experience evaluating communications campaigns using performance metrics and audience feedback Knowledge of strategic communications best practices Ability to design and execute audience-centered communication and engagement plans Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance FWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
