Job Summary

Own multi-channel comms and brand storytelling to align leadership messaging with Solus priorities, while coordinating campaigns and content across internal and external audiences.

Brand & External Engagement: Shape the Solus brand and align website, careers content, and external partnerships with Aviva.
Leadership & Stakeholder Communications: Lead editorial campaigns and executive messaging across channels to drive consistent narrative.
Events & Campaign Delivery: Plan and deliver content and briefing for engagement events that support business initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in showcasing how we live and breathe our purpose, principles, and values every day ensuring our messages are clear, consistent, and impactful across all audiences.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies that resonate with our target audience and set us apart from the competition.
Driving Engagement & Communication: Create compelling campaign content including images, video, and infographics
Produce blogs, articles, information packs, and scripts for senior leaders
Develop digital content to support campaigns and key business initiatives
Plan and manage all social media platforms and internal communication channels
Curate and deliver engaging internal newsletters
Leadership & Stakeholder Communications: Edit and publish leadership communications
Coordinate and deliver editorial and media campaigns
Partner with senior leaders to plan and phase communications effectively

Requirements

Background in communications, such as internal communications, PR, media, marketing, or stakeholder engagement
Proven experience delivering proactive and reactive media campaigns
Experience working with regional, national, or international media within a high-profile organisation
Strong understanding of social media, digital channels, and content marketing
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
Highly organised with the ability to work at pace and deliver high-quality outputs
Proficient in MS Office
Experience using Canva
