Job Description

Responsibilities

  • What will you be doing?
  • You'll work closely with our Communications & Fundraising Co-ordinator on everything from creating engaging social media content and designing campaigns to writing newsletters, updating our website, telling powerful stories and building relationships with our wonderful community of supporters.
  • You'll have opportunities to get involved in digital marketing, community fundraising, content creation and developing the way we communicate our impact.

Requirements

  • We're particularly interested in someone who has a genuine passion for learning, brings fresh ideas to the table and takes pride in producing great work.
  • You'll be creative, organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks, while recognising when to ask questions or seek support.
  • An interest in the psychology behind effective communications would be a real bonus.
  • Perhaps you've already started exploring SEO, answer engine optimisation (AEO), digital marketing or what makes people engage with content and act.
  • We'd love someone who's excited to develop that knowledge and put it into practice!
  • You don't need years of professional experience or to have mastered every platform.
  • Relevant experience from employment, education, volunteering, freelance work or personal projects is welcome.
  • What matters is that you can demonstrate your skills, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and commitment to our work.

Preferred
