Job Summary

Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of digital campaigns across Manchester City channels and paid media, partnering with cross-functional teams to engage global audiences and unlock revenue through content, publishing and paid media.

  • Define and execute high-impact campaigns across owned and paid channels with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with commercial partners and internal teams to identify growth, monetisation, and audience-expansion opportunities.
  • Share digital insights and media expertise to strengthen partnership proposals and sales conversations while driving a culture of innovation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and delivery of digital campaigns across Manchester City owned channels and paid media platforms.
  • Collaborate with commercial partners to develop creative, measurable campaigns that engage audiences globally and deliver value for the brand and business.
  • Partner with teams across partnerships, marketing, retail, legal and content production to bring campaigns to life and identify opportunities for audience growth and monetisation.
  • Support wider commercial activity by contributing digital insight, campaign thinking and media expertise to partnership proposals and sales conversations.
  • Help shape new revenue opportunities across content, publishing and paid media activity.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and creative team culture, supporting innovation and continuous improvement across the department.

Requirements

  • ⚽ Experience planning and delivering digital media campaigns across paid and owned channels
  • ⚽ Working knowledge of branded content
  • ⚽ Strong understanding of media planning, paid advertising and audience engagement strategies
  • ⚽ Ability to build positive relationships with partners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • ⚽ Confidence presenting ideas, campaign plans and performance insights to a range of audiences
  • ⚽ Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that support business growth
  • ⚽ Interest in digital innovation, content trends and the evolving sports and entertainment landscape
