We’re looking for a Client Engagement Specialist who sees conversations not as transactions, but as the beginning of meaningful, long-term relationships. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear when they’re excited, inspired, and ready to plan something special and your job is to listen, guide, and reassure them that they’re in expert hands. From custom merchandise to real-time, on-site personalization, we help brands stand out at conferences, activations, and experiential events. This role is not about selling or closing deals. It’s about engaging with intention. You’ll connect with pre-qualified, warm leads: clients who already have a real need for our services and are actively planning events. Your focus is to understand their vision, build trust, and confidently position our team as the experts who can deliver an exceptional experience. What You’ll Be Doing Engage with 15–20 warm inbound leads per day who are actively seeking experiential and on-site personalization solutions Lead informative, relationship-driven conversations rooted in listening and understanding not selling Ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover each client’s vision, goals, audience, and timeline Build genuine rapport and trust by clearly explaining our process, capabilities, and expertise Translate meaningful conversations into clear, accurate quote requests that reflect real client needs Maintain organized, detailed notes in our CRM to support seamless handoffs and lasting client relationships Follow up with clients to provide reassurance, clarity, and thoughtful next steps Collaborate closely with production and operations teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated Who You Are A positive, enthusiastic communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people A natural listener who values understanding before responding Warm, confident, and professional on the phone Purpose-driven and motivated by helping others, not just hitting numbers Comfortable working remotely and independently, while staying engaged with a team Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Excited by live events, experiential marketing, and brand storytelling Comfortable learning new tools and systems (CRM experience is a plus) Background in customer service, hospitality, events, or sales is helpful (not required) What You’ll Get Competitive part-time compensation, up to $40,000 annually Flexible hours Fully remote work environment Paid training on experiential marketing, live events, and on-site personalization Clear expectations, coaching, and support from day one A collaborative, people-first team that values trust and expertise Opportunities to grow into future roles Ready to Apply?
