Own marketing strategy and P&L across Hyprwork with channel mix, budgets, and acquisition/retention outcomes.
Lead a distributed performance marketing function through five channel pods and a centralized creative machine for scalable output.
Build and mentor the next generation of marketing leaders while aligning with executive peers on ops, CX, and finance to scale brand value beyond the first sale.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own marketing strategy across the Hyprwork portfolio: brand direction, channel mix, budget allocation, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and the P&L for marketing spend.
Set the annual and quarterly marketing plans, defend them in the executive leadership team, and deliver against them.
Own the performance marketing function strategically, with five channel pod leads executing tactically across Meta, Google, Native, AppLovin, and TikTok.
Set acquisition targets, CAC and LTV thresholds, channel diversification strategy, and the operational standards that make paid acquisition sustainable as the business scales.
Own the creative production machine that feeds every paid channel. A Creative Manager leads the function with sub-leads across video editing, AI video, graphic design, and copy.
Hold the Creative Manager accountable for throughput, win rate, and quality. You set the creative strategy that gives the pod leads the at-bats they need to scale revenue.
Own how Hyprwork's brands show up across every customer touchpoint and how they compound value beyond the first purchase.
Sit on the executive leadership team and partner closely with Operations, CX, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and People and Culture.
Inherit a team and the responsibility to develop it. You manage the existing pod lead and creative director layer. You diagnose who the best assets are, who is ready to grow, and where the gaps are.
Build the next generation of marketing leaders and own all hiring, performance management, and org design within the function.
